Our Mission Statement

Inspiring Students in Science, Technology, Engineering & Math (STEM), as we embody the mission of Divine Child High School

Awards and Recognition

We were awarded the "Most Eco Friendly" award by team 4362 The CSPA Gems, for constructing our control board out of cardboard.

In our first year we earned the "Rookie Award" for how well we performed as a Rookie team.

The "Creativity Award" was earned by having a unique and creative design with our robot.

The Competition

The Competition varies every year. This requires a new robot to be built every year as materials can't be reused and the robot must serve a different purpose. Teams at FRC work together in alliances. These alliances are three random teams together against another alliance. These alliances will change after evrey match.

The Programming Team

We use Java as our coding language, as well as many of the WPI and Nation Instuments programs. There are many jobs on the programming team, such as programming, designing, calibrating, creating path trajectories. While the team may go through a fair amount of bug fixing and late nights, they are always able to turn out a functioning robot.
